Resolution, reported to TRF in February: it was an interim report on her global grant.   In Dec. 2018, she finished her first year of a Master’s Degree in Justice and Transformations at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.  She noted her course work, degree internship in Namibia with the UN last summer, volunteerism and involvement with Rotary in South Africa have greatly enhanced her skills and knowledge pertaining to peacebuilding and community development. Recent course work pertained to human rights protection, international peace building, and navigating social challenges facing post- conflict state reconstruction.  Allison hopes to work in Africa, upon completion of studies in Dec. 2019, with an international organization in global peacebuilding and has already   identified organizations of interest.
