Rotary is Unique in that worldwide, club presidents are provided training.  In the pacific northwest, this includes not only principles and best practices for Rotary Clubs, but leadership ideas and techniques that transfer to Rotarian's professional and private lives.  The links below are for preparing for the in-depth training that Pacific Northwest PETS encompasses.

This resource team can also support your club by giving presentations and helping your members register with the Learning Center. This is the time to ask your club officers and committee chairs to take the courses they'll need to help support your club for success in the upcoming year.
