District 5010 Rotarians doing what's needed

District 5010
Rotary District 5010 covers the entire State of Alaska, with more than 1,500 members and 37 clubs.

From the icy Arctic Ocean shores of Utqiagvik to the Southeast Alaska rain forests of Ketchikan; from the western town of Nome on the Bering Sea to the large cities of Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau, our 37 clubs join with the other 1.2 million members of Rotary International around the world who believe that we have a shared responsibility to take action on our world’s most persistent issues in our communities and across the globe.

Our diverse clubs are highly active in their communities.  Most areas of our District have several active Rotary Clubs, each with its own distinctive character.

Grow local economies
Protect the environment

Our mission
We provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.
