To process your MOU click on the link below.

To complete your MOU, and sign electronically, enter your President and President-elect for the years in question along with their emails. Instructions will be emailed. This will provide the necessary documentation for club qualification. If you have not yet selected a Pres Elect-elect, use the name and email for your Vice Pres or a senior member of your Board. Then click on the "Send Signature Keys". Once the signature email has been received, follow instructions. Congratulations.

Prior to midnight on April 20, go to the link below to enter your project proposal(s) for the next year. Then select "Submit Project", then "Submit a New Project". Fill in the blanks. You will be able to make changes at a later date once final District Grant allocations have been completed.
