Consider joining us for a fun day of river floating! Every year Susitna Rotary Club members and friends and clean a very popular area at the Little Susitna River. While floating the river, we remove all trash and garbage for disposal . Prizes for most trash picked up will be awarded at the BBQ picnic that awaits for everyone at finish line. Schedule is: Thursday, May 30, 2019 9:00 AM Cutting out sweepers from Schrock Rd bridge Saturday, June 1, 2019 10:00 AM Experienced paddlers only start at Schrock Rd bridge picking up trash along river 1:00 PM BBQ at gravel pit and prepare for public float 4:00 PM BBQ picnic starts at bridge in Houston Video of last years fun event! |
