From Whitehorse to South Africa Peace and Conflict Scholar Allison Furniss sends her greetings, thoughts about her studies and how her personal impact on the Southern continent also changed her life.
Making FASD History: Irreversible and totally preventable – Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) is a lifelong condition caused by consumption of alcohol while pregnant which results in the infant having permanent brain damage. Utilizing a coordinated team assessment approach Michael Jeffery, Pamela Hill and our Rotary Vocational Training Team traveled to Australia to share ideas and techniques that will help them develop results for our District area.
Inspiration to Connect:  DG Diane and her District Conference Team of Wonderful Rotarians turn the Gigantic Gavel and District Conference Paddle over to DGE Andre’ and his team.

Sunday evening – looking for more fun? Travel to Girdwood for the Rotary Club of Girdwood’s Cinco de Mayo social at the Alyeska Ski Club - Race Training Center – 6-9 pm.
