Membership - Member Recruitment and Retention

Coordinates recruitment events and strategies, maintains target member recruitment lists, reaches out to potential new members and matches them with sponsors. Ensures members are recruited, oriented to the Club, mentored, retained, stay engaged, and are afforded opportunities to lead/direct and participate in the Club. Ensures all subcommittees are staffed and have goals/objectives and executables to achieve the foregoing.
