Membership - Member Retention

Ensures members are recruited, oriented to the Club, mentored, retained, stay engaged, and are afforded opportunities to lead/direct and participate in the Club. Ensures all subcommittees are staffed and have goals/objectives and executables to achieve the foregoing.
