Communications - Outreach/Wine Tastings

This committee organizes several events (such as wine tastings) throughout the year to benefit local projects or charities and show the community a bit about Rotary in a fun, engaging way. These events are meant to be advertised to the general public as well as Rotarians for promoting Rotary. The committee is responsible for securing a venue, choosing the cause, organizing catering and beverages, selling tickets, creating communications for the event, registration at the event, emceeing, finances, and assistance with distribution of proceeds.
